1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing digital templates from Templatedash (the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Buyer", or "Creator") and Templatedash. We reserve the right to revise or update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To purchase licenses, download source packages, or publish digital items, you must register an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

Single User Credential Rule: Account sharing, credential sharing, or automating unauthorized scraping of download links is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination without refund.

3. Templatedash Marketplace Model

Templatedash functions as an elite digital marketplace platform connecting independent software developers, UI designers, and creators ("Creators" or "Authors") with buyers. When you purchase a digital template, you are purchasing a non-exclusive license granted directly by the Creator through Templatedash.

Templatedash maintains strict code quality screening, automated security scanning, and cryptographic license key generation, ensuring safe transactions for all ecosystem participants.

4. License Grants & Digital Ownership

All templates, UI kits, design systems, and source code bundles sold on Templatedash remain the intellectual property of their respective Creators. Buyers do not acquire copyright ownership of the raw underlying source code. Instead, buyers receive a worldwide, royalty-free commercial license:

  • Regular License: Grants the right to use the template in 1 single end product where end users are not charged to access the software.
  • Extended License: Grants the right to use the template in 1 single end product where end users are charged (SaaS subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid app downloads).

Each purchase includes a digital commercial license certificate generated at checkout, granting full rights to deploy and customize the template in production environments.

5. Creator Terms & 85% Net Royalties

Creators who submit digital assets to Templatedash warrant that all submitted code, artwork, and documentation are either their original creation or properly licensed under permissive open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0). Creators earn 85% of the net revenue of each completed sale of their templates. Net revenue is the amount paid by the buyer less the sales tax/VAT collected and remitted by our payment provider (Dodo Payments, the merchant of record) and that provider's payment processing fees, as reported for that payment.

Templatedash retains the remaining 15% of net revenue as its platform commission, covering CDN delivery, SSL infrastructure and dispute mediation. If a sale is refunded or charged back, the creator earnings credited for it are reversed. Payouts are sent by direct bank transfer after the creator requests a withdrawal.

6. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Piracy

Users and Creators agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

  • Reselling, redistributing, leasing, or sharing source code archives as standalone templates on other platforms or forums.
  • Publishing raw uncompiled source packages to public GitHub repositories without prior written author consent.
  • Uploading malicious code, telemetry Trojans, backdoors, or cryptominers into any submission.
  • Attempting to forge, falsify, or bypass Templatedash cryptographic SHA-256 license verification.

7. Payments, Fees & Taxes

Prices on Templatedash are listed in US Dollars (USD). Where applicable, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), or state sales taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your billing jurisdiction. Digital sales receipts and tax invoices are automatically generated upon payment.

Refund requests are governed by our 14-Day Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Warranties

Digital templates are provided "as is" and "as available". While Templatedash conducts rigorous manual and automated security scans, we do not warrant that all templates will operate completely error-free across all third-party hosting providers or unstated framework configurations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Templatedash and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the templates.

10. Termination & Governing Law

Templatedash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in copyright infringement. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
