• Creator Information: For authors who sell digital assets, we collect the bank account details they provide for payouts and tax identification for royalty remissions.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and session analytics collected via secure cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process personal data strictly under legitimate legal bases, including contract fulfillment, legal compliance, and user consent:

• To deliver purchased digital templates and source code packages instantly.
• To generate cryptographic SHA-256 license certificates and enable public key verification.
• To disburse 85% creator royalties and comply with tax filing regulations.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent credit card disputes, unauthorized account sharing, and copyright piracy.
• To send order confirmations, security alerts, and customer support ticket notifications.
